Return / Exchange Policy
- Exchanges on sneakers can be made only if the shoes are in unworn condition.
- Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect on the shoes, wrong shoe color/size was sent, mistake made on the part of BlazingKickz.
- Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (remember sizes 10.5 - 12 run small), I would rather have a different shoe.
- Customers must send us an email stating their first and last name within 5 Days of receiving their shoes if they are requesting an exchange
- If your exchange is accepted, BlazingKickz will email you the instructions to exchange your shoes.
- Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given for any sneakers.
- Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the sneakers back for an exchange.
Shipping / Delivery
- BlazingKickz shoes are shipped directly from Hong Kong by EMS global service.
- BlazingKickz shoes will be delivered by USPS with your regular mail.
- EMS takes approximately 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to deliver to the U.S.
- BlazingKickz is in no way responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery.
- Packages can be tracked only when there is a delay in shipping time. You must contact me under these circumstances.
- All packages must be signed for. If nobody is home, your local post office will hold your package until it is picked up and signed for.
- In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package.
- Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.
- BlazingKickz does not offer COD on shipment of packages.
